Is...is that a destiny vanguard shirt?
Mike Smith (2 days ago)
Holy hell how do they even make most of this stuff? Like the Azidoazide azide and the last acid? Humans...they're a lot smarter. Scratch that. Some humans...they're a lot smarter than other humans give them credit for. I would say the people who managed to create 5 of the world's most dangerous chemicals are, but they created 5 of the world's most dangerous chemicals. So there's that.
Wot Wot (2 days ago)
Would've been nice if Mr.White used these in a cool clever way.

d4rk0v3 (4 days ago)
It was probably a stray cosmic ray that passed through the azide to make it explode.
Kevlar Canuck (5 days ago)
So how the heck is "AA" able to be synthesized in the first place if it's so unstable?

Never seen someone so excitedly, humorously, and light-heartedly talk about some of the most nightmarish stuff ever. Still, I lolled.

Used the elemental symbol for Cobalt (Co) instead of Cd in the formula for Dimethylcadmium. Slaps forehead. This is what happens when you let amateurs "teach" science.

I expect better from a channel that calls itself SciShow.

everyone is talking about the AA, what about the fluroantimonic acid? sure AA explodes when nothing happens, but this acid eats through all but one substance. look up superacid vs fruit, watch some videos, and imagine that but millions of times worse.

I'm sick. Every time I watch this video I laugh my a## off. It's Hank's delivery but also, the thought of people sitting around saying "Let's put together something that blows up no matter what you do with it." :-). I would love to hear what Professor Sir Martyn Poliakoff has to say about azidoazide azide.

Little Chickey Hudak (27 days ago)
Easily the best episode of Sci Show yet
Steven Clark (28 days ago)
I just love the stuff from Things I Won't Work With. It works great with somebody describing the chemical under discussed. Not everyone was obsessed with the idea of explosives in highschool and can look at AAs formula on a page of text and go "holy hell, that is a scary number of nitrogens".
Jintaro Kensei (28 days ago)
Mix all of these together and you get Superman's shampoo.
Wyvrenne MacDaniels (28 days ago)
Silent but deadly... I saw what you did there.

People say if you say <That material with 14 nitrogen atoms> 14 times fast without messing it up on the first try, you will explode.

Cryptocurrency exchanges have a massive potential to modify peoples minds and opinions concerning cryptocurrencies generally speaking and their application in actual life. So even in the event the exchange is attacked, its still true that you have your money. Furthermore, the exchanges prepare each and every industry for Bitcoin expansion. Existing stock exchanges will also compete to be able to fulfill the users configuration requirements. Sooner or later later on, the prices will grow more equal, meeting somewhere in the middleyour profit is equivalent to the quantity of convergence. No matter how far it is from Kijun, it is likely to return and test that level at some point. The amount of bitcoin is perpetually changing. In the US, it is 1000 USD. Whats even better, seek the services of a seasoned lawyer or at least ask for an in depth consultation. So youve read the newspaper about the meteoric growth of crypto currencies including Bitcoin or Ripple. Then coming up with 1000s of exchange rates simply to go out and get groceries is nearly impossible. Many cities around the world provide a bitcoin ATM where you are able to trade cash for bitcoin. The cryptocurrency world isn`t efficient.
